Sausage Balls

Yet another easy recipe, we fix sausage balls fairly frequently and they are always on the Christmas Eve appetizer dinner menu.  Because of Mom's cold, brother Jason was assigned sausage ball duties tonight.  He did well.

Ingredients:

1 pound spicy breakfast sausage
2-1/2 to 3 cups of Bisquick
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 to 2 tablespoons of milk

Begin by pre-heating oven to 350 degrees.  In a large mixing bowl, combine two and a half to three cups of Bisquick, one pound of spicy breakfast sausage, two cups of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded), and enough milk to make the balls stick together (one to two tablespoons).  Roll into smallish balls.  Cook for 10-15 minutes.
